1. Custom Products
Due to the personalized nature of custom-made window treatments, all sales of custom products are final. This includes but is not limited to:
- Custom blinds
- Custom shades
- Custom shutters
- Motorized window coverings
We encourage customers to thoroughly review their orders and measurements during the consultation process to ensure accuracy.
2. Standard Products
For non-custom, standard products purchased directly from our inventory, we offer a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon delivery or installation, please notify us within 7 days. We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Custom Orders: Orders for custom products can be canceled within 24 hours of order placement without penalty. After 24 hours, a cancellation may result in a forfeiture of the deposit or payment made.
- Standard Orders: Orders for standard products can be canceled prior to shipment. If the item has already been shipped, the return policy for standard products applies.
